SAP Implementation

Led S/4HANA implementation across multiple integration streams, combining delivery governance, solution design, and end-to-end execution.

Introduction

Context & objective

What triggered it

A European-based company initiated migration from a legacy ERP system to SAP S/4HANA.

Objective

The project covered full end-to-end implementation including conversion of existing operations, data migration, and adoption support during hyper-care. Due to complexity, multiple integration scenarios and custom developments were required.

My role

I was assigned as Project Manager responsible for the integrations stream, acting as a bridge between the SAP supplier and the client. The implementation was successfully delivered including integrations and custom developments for the initial go-live.
