What triggered it

A new AI-focused venture was established to explore and deliver automation solutions for B2B clients.

Objective

The initiative covered full setup of a standalone business including service definition, team formation, operational processes, and go-to-market execution. The goal was to deliver AI-driven solutions while building a scalable and recurring delivery model.

My role

I was responsible for leading the initiative end-to-end — from strategy and team setup to client acquisition and delivery. Following initial traction, I also managed the merger and integration into the broader organization.
