Agile Transformation
Led transition from waterfall to hybrid agile delivery model, improving delivery flow, consistency, and project visibility.
Context & objective
A technology company using traditional waterfall project management faced recurring issues in delivery — delays, inconsistent handovers, and poor visibility.
Instead of adopting pure SCRUM, I proposed and implemented a hybrid model combining best practices from multiple frameworks, tailored to company needs.
I led the transformation from analysis through implementation and adoption.
