Led development and integration of a knowledge base product, combining product ownership with full-cycle delivery of a SCRUM team.
Context & objective
A software company decided to expand its platform by developing and integrating a new product add-on.
The initiative focused on creating a Knowledge Base product (MediaWiki-based), including redesign, UX improvements, feature enhancements, and native integration into the existing platform.
